Frequently Asked Questions

Can I commission only architectural design, or just landscape and interior design?

Yes. All four business directions support independent engagement. If you engage only one, we will coordinate interface conditions with the existing design team during the initiation phase to define the scope of drawing handover and clarify responsibilities for node detailing, preventing professional conflicts later on.

What documents are required to start a project?

Typically required: land boundary map, planning design conditions, topographic map, and development objective statement. If in the site acquisition analysis phase, providing just the location and preliminary metrics is sufficient to begin discussion; we will assess feasibility from a design perspective.

How is on-site coordination frequency scheduled during the construction phase?

Default on-site support during mock-up construction, material sample approval, and critical milestone execution. Standard projects receive weekly site visits; frequency increases for key milestones. Pre-launch display areas can be staffed onsite per developer requirements.

How is the design fee calculated?

Pricing is based on building area and design phase combinations, with the option to contract each phase separately. When engaging an integrated service provider, all three disciplines are quoted together, reducing redundant coordination efforts compared to separate contracts. Final pricing depends on project scale, business type, and scope of services.

How many teams completed the integrated design?

Delivered by a single project team with one overall project lead coordinating architecture, landscape, and interior design. The developer interacts only with the lead; interface issues between disciplines are resolved in internal meetings.
